What does Sunalle mean? It is the part of the wheat stalk that remains in the ground after harvesting. The nickname given to the Urrai family became the name of the company, symbolizing to this day our commitment to innovating with our feet on the ground.
The most modern bread is ancient - this is the motto of Sunalle.
Fonni is located at a higher altitude than any other town in Sardinia. This evocative settlement in the Barbagia region rests on the northern slopes of the Gennargentu massif, surrounded by a fabulous horizon and by the light-bathed summits of the mountains that overlook the large valleys below.
